We have furniture from every brand we carry on our floor, so you are free to visit Furniture Bank to touch and feel the item you like before placing an order.

On-Line: When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24/7. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q: HOW WOULD MY ORDER SHIP?

All our furniture offered in-store or on our website is always ship with Free Delivery & Assembly in NJ, NY, PA. Our trained furniture-delivery specialists will deliver your furniture, unpack it, and assemble it in your room of choice for absolutely no extra charge!

Small Items as Wall Decor, Accessories, Lamps, Rugs, Accents will ship via UPS or FedEx. The order will be delivered and brought to your front door.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX WHEN PLACING ORDER WITH FURNITURE CART?

Furniture Bank offers a Tax-Free Shopping. We do not charge sales tax on orders anywhere in the US.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. To return items for an exchange, or refund, please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with our “Free Shipping,” we will charge our “actual” outbound shipping charges as the shipping charges are included in the price, but the customer will still be charged the round-trip shipping costs incurred by Furniture Bank. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable unless written exemption was provided by Furniture Bank. Your order will be refunded once Furniture Bank receives the returned merchandise. Always measure the space you plan on placing the furniture to make sure it will fit prior to making an order. Q: ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?

Furniture Bank offers Free Delivery and Installation in NJ, NY & PA. The price you see listed on our website is the final price you pay. There are no hidden costs or additional fees!
